The North Suite

The North Suite is on the first floor. It is tastefully furnished with a separate sitting area with a large sofa and a wing back chair. It has a double bed . You may find it hard to believe that this lovely room was at one time three rooms, a kitchen, hall and borning room. It is spacious and offers a view of the back pasture.

The West Suite

The West Suite consists of a large cape bedroom on the second floor, with a private bath and a separate alcove to relax.

The North Room

The North Room is on the first floor. It offers a double bed and is tastefully furnished with a separate sitting area. It is spacious and offers a view of the back pasture.

The South Room is on the first floor. It is large room and accented in mist green. It is tastefully furnished with a double bed and sitting area.

The East Room is a cape room on the second floor. At the Under the Elm we call it the Summer Room. It has a full size bed and features a sky light to watch the stars in the New Hampshire night.

• Rates quoted are single/double occupancy and include a full breakfast
• Maximum occupancy is two (2) persons per room
• Cots and cribs are not available
• Appropriate for children age 8 and over
• Unfortunately, pets are not permitted
  (Area boarding facilities are available to accommodate pets)
• Payment may be made by cash or check
• Check-in time is 4:00PM - 6:00PM. Check-out time is 11:00AM
• Please contact the innkeeper if you anticipate an early or late arrival/departure
• Breakfast is served any time between 8:00 and 9:00AM
• This is a nonsmoking Bed and Breakfast
• Rates subject to 8% NH Rooms Tax
• Rates and policies subject to change without notice

Reservations and Cancellation

• Deposit of 50% per room for total stay required at time of reservation
  (minimum deposit of 1 night)
• Full refund guaranteed with a 14-day notice of cancellation
  (cancellation charge of $25 per room)
• Payment in full is due for all nights reserved if cancelled with less than 7-days notice

Early Departures

• No partial refunds will be issued for early departures
