The North Suite and South Room are on the first floor with a shared bath between them. These are large rooms with cable TV. The North Suite also has a VCR and is large enough for you and your friends to socialize comfortably. There is a wide variety of moveis available at no charge. Of course, our full Under the Elm breakfast is included for both mornings. 4/20 - 5/28, 10/20 - 11/20 & commonly available midweek Monday - Thursday Get a friend or a couple to join you and rent the North and South rooms and save 50% on the second room when you stay two nights. $295 for two nights for two rooms. We offer uniquely furnished rooms as well as a social room, reading and visiting alcove, three season porch, and may places to enjoy the outdoors; and of course, your Under the Elm breakfast served each day in the dining room or three season porch. Of course you will have use of the social room with Cable TV/VCR/DVD, the three season porch and the lawns for visiting. The meadows and forest offer room for private time. Sitting "under the elm" (one of the few remaining in NH) and by the beaver pond are perfect places for reading and sharing thoughts.
